Sapling and Flint, named after a Ohsweken creation story, is a jewelery business owned by twin sisters Teyotsihstokwáthe Dakota Brant & Yonenyà:kenht Jesse Brant. Dakota and Jesse state that their goal in starting Sapling and Flint is to honour the traditional silversmithing practices of their ancestors.
